Are you taking new clients?
Yes! We *LOVE* new clients! Check out our schedule to see what will work for you. If you don’t see a time that works for you feel free to email me at Elizabeth@Mindfulness-Center.com.
Are you seeing people in-office?
Currently, we are only seeing clients virtually. We use a video-based, HIPAA-compliant platform that is super-easy to use. We’ll send you a link, you’ll type in your name to let us know you’re in our virtual “waiting room” then we have our appointment. No logging in, no frustration! Plus, no drive time!
Do you take insurance?
I do accept HUMANA Commercial insurance (Not Medicaid or Medicare).
With other insurance companies, I am considered an Out-of-Network Provider. Check with your insurance company to see what they reimburse for Out-of-Network providers and the information they will need to process that claim. Using Out-of-Network benefits is usually fairly simple, although your insurance company may require you receive authorization from them first before beginning services.
What is your fee?
My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. A credit card is used to reserve your appointment time online through our online scheduling system. Payment is processed once your session is complete. You are welcome to use your HSA or FSA cards for appointments.
Research shows that clients benefit the most from 8-12 sessions. It’s helpful to plan for 6-10 sessions. Depending on what you’re working on, it could be less, or it could be more. Schedule NOW!
