Do you ever find yourself wondering:
· How did I get here?
· Where am I going?
· Why am I even doing this?
When thinking about your relationship, do you ask yourself:
· Where did the passion and intimacy go?
· Is this all there is to love?
· How will I ever be able to trust again?
Has anxiety worn you down?
Is frustration and anger constantly causing trouble in your life?
Is fear keeping you from living the life you want?
Is there something you can’t stop that you feel like controls you?
If you answered yes to any of these, you are likely at a crossroads. Please read on. There is good news. I have some important things to say to you.
My specialties include:
*Increasing Intimacy, Sex & Passion in Relationships
*Mindfulness & Meditation
*Anger & Anxiety

I love working with individuals and couples who find themselves at a crossroads in their lives and marriages. Why? Because these crossroads, whether crisis points, stuck points, or just times of transition, can all be important opportunities! They can be exactly what you need to move to a new way of thinking, and a new way of being in relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.
I strongly believe that the process of change is as unique as each person, relationship and situation I meet. I will not engage with you by labeling, squeezing you into a box, or by using any certain method to “fix” you or your situation. I won’t sit across from you just shaking my head and taking notes. I will join you to find unique ways of addressing your circumstances in order to move forward to a more helpful and desired space in your life and relationships.
NOT at a crossroads? Awesome. I encourage you to pursue your dreams, visions and goals prior to finding yourself at one. By seeking guidance when not in a crisis, you have your full array of strengths and resources at your disposal. Working from a place of strength will allow you to use your time and effort to your maximum potential.
One of my passions and areas of expertise is working with couples to increase their intimacy, passion and sexual fulfillment. I believe that while relationships are some of the most rewarding and enjoyable parts of the human experience, they can also be some of the most difficult and painful. Listening, cooperating, compromising, and loving well are not skills we are born with. These are skills that have to be learned and practiced. In our fast-paced culture where our time and energy are stretched to their limits, our ability to be successful in our relationships, especially those with our partners, can often take a back seat. I welcome the opportunity to help you and your partner find new ways to renew the loving, passionate and rewarding relationship you hoped for.
In working with couples, I often encounter couples who have experienced the trauma of infidelity. While many problems and situations in relationships cause difficulties and pain, infidelity creates a unique fracture in the very foundation of trust, communication, and intimacy in a relationship. Couples often fear that nothing can repair these fractures or save their relationship. While some relationships may truly be beyond repair, many couples find themselves in even more fulfilling and satisfying relationships than they had prior to the infidelity. I will help guide and assist you and your partner through the trauma and rebuilding of your relationship if these are the circumstances you find yourself in.
Mindfulness and meditation are two of my other passions. I discovered mindfulness on my own personal journey of change while dealing with anxiety and anger. Mindfulness and meditation had profound effects, not only on me personally, but in every relationship in my life. I love teaching and providing a space for others to discover and experience the power of mindfulness and meditation!
